After having an altercation with the employees due to poor service, I took the trouble to review all the comments from people who have used this car wash, and almost all of them are negative. I assume the positive comments are from friends who are doing them a favor by speaking well of them. Furthermore, they operate 24 hours a day because they have no other way to make money. It's shameful that people continue to use their service, like I did, without reading the reviews first. These people intend to continue taking advantage of others. It's so true that if you check, there isn't a single response from this business.

Very disappointed. After the “car wash,” I had to clean parts of the car myself. There were streaks everywhere, dirt under the door handles and around the mirrors was still there, and the interior wasn’t cleaned properly. It feels like the job was rushed and done carelessly. I do not recommend this place.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this car wash. They barely used any water, and my car was left dirtier than before. The so-called “cleaning” was a complete waste of time and money. Honestly, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Save your time and your money, and look elsewhere for a decent car wash.

I have been going to this specific car wash for over 7 years and sadly I have to admit that the quality of service has steadily declined over the years. I just went to get a car wash at this location and I paid for the VIP wash which is extra. As I was leaving the car wash I saw that there was still bird droppings on my windshield. So I let the person that was person that was drying the vehicle know and he barely wiped it still leaving it there right after I gave him tip. I would understand if they were in a rush and had multiple customers but I was the only customer there no one was behind me and even when I circled the block no one was there as well. It was so slow to the point that the guy who dries the car was sitting down scrolling on his phone before I got there. Upon arriving home I saw the outside of the car and was very upset of the condition there was still bird droppings everywhere my tires are filthy and besides the car being wet nothing was done to it. If I am paying $20 with tip for a car wash I would expect the car to be washed. I have attached the photos of how the car looks just to prove this is not a exaggeration. I am done with this place.

I didn’t mind them being rude until this particular day. It was busy. The guy told me to move my car without maintaining the space ahead of my car and when my car reached inside the automatic roller, my car was hit by the front car. My brand new Cadillac car was damaged because of their negligence. Those workers did not apologize for their mistake and did not seem to care when I asked to speak with manager. Don’t go to this place! It is worst place.
